Beautiful hotel, however, they need to have enough food on hand for the guest's breakfast since it is supposed to be included with the stay. Breakfast ended at 10 a.m., but most of the food was gone at 9 a.m., and 1 staff member was rude when asked if there was any extra that would be coming out. Bed was so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep. Room otherwise adequate, free breakfast adequate.

This hotel is definitely more of an economy hotel than any other comfort suites I have ever stayed in. The mattresses were hard and the pillows were terrible. There were way too few towels! This hotel is actually economy quality and I feel that to charge any more than the rate I paid would be unfair for the quality of room they offer. Upon arrival I was put in a room that had obviously been a smoking room (even the mattress smelled smoky) and they had recently decided to make it non-smoking. It had a temporary non-smoking label on the door. The entire floor the new non-smoking roil was on was dense with cigarette smoke. It was incredibly disgusting. After complaining the staff was nice and moved me to a new room on a new floor. The hotel is closely located to my destination and the hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel was excellent in most ways, but its 3-star rating was belied by the torn wallpaper, chipped paint, and old bath counter, fixtures, and floor.
